Add Functional Space to Your Columbia, SC, Home with a Screened-in Porch From Express Sunrooms

Maybe you’ve heard a story like this: A husband, after much prodding by his wife, reluctantly has a screened-in porch installed at their Columbia home. She plans to use the new living space, with its wide views of the outdoor scenery, as an area to entertain guests. A dedicated Sunday football fan, he basically wants nothing to do with the screen porch, until he discovers that by installing a TV in a high corner of the porch, he can enjoy the best of both worlds – live NFL football and refreshing South Carolina breezes. If that sounds like a story with a happy ending, you’ll be pleased to know that Express Sunrooms can make it your reality.

Benefits Galore

Our screen porches are available in hard-wearing aluminum or charming wood to give you options that reflect your aesthetics and complement your home’s design. Whichever style you choose, the features and benefits of your new porch will be readily apparent from the first day. These include:

• A unique mesh screen that provides protection from pesky insects without distorting your view of the landscape
• Insulated roof panels that will keep your porch 15 to 20 degrees cooler, even on a hot day
• A two-year, no-questions-asked warranty to give you complete confidence that your investment is well-protected

Installation Professionals

Not only will our screened-in porch enrich your quality of life, but it will also boost your home’s curb appeal. That’s because our factory-trained technicians, guided by an experienced project manager, will remove your home’s fascia and soffit before the installation, so that your new porch blends seamlessly with the rest of the house. Instead of that tacked-on appearance that you may have noticed with some screen porches, your Express Sunrooms enclosure will look like a part of your home’s original construction.

When you’re ready to have a screened-in porch installed at your Columbia residence, contact Express Sunrooms and let us schedule a complimentary at-home consultation.
